About Me

Jaydra Hymer is a child and family consultant and educator. For nearly three decades, she has taught and worked with children and parents at many levels. She spent 11 years teaching college education courses including educational psychology, behavior management, and cognitive development. She has also worked as a family intervention specialist in both New Mexico and Colorado — reuniting families in crisis. Her specialty is ADD and ADHD.

In 2003, following two years of research, Jaydra opened a private learning center called Success Pointe, to specifically address the problems faced by children who struggle with ADHD and other learning challenges. Through her work at Success Pointe, Jaydra has pioneered methods that help children manage their ADHD and achieve success academically, emotionally and socially—without medications.

Jaydra’s current focus, is to clear up many of the prevalent misconceptions about ADHD and to educate parents everywhere about WHO their child is and WHAT he or she needs to succeed.
